Brian Alexander Murray

    It is with broken hearts that we announce the sudden passing of Brian Alexander Murray. Brian will always be remembered as an amazing father, friend and partner.

    Brian was born in Brooks in 1968. He spent the majority of his childhood in Rocky Mountain House where he often spent time with his grandparents and mother. He always surrounded himself with loving family and friends. Early on he developed a passion for skiing and flying. He graduated from Rocky in 1986 and pursued his passions. He would instruct skiing in the winters and spent his summers in Hawaii. He also spent time flying in Calgary and Lethbridge.

    He moved to Calgary in the early 2000's where he met the mother of his kids, Patricia Murray, who he was married to for six years. They had two boys, Caleb and Keegan. They moved to Lethbridge in 2005. 

    He moved to Grande Prairie where he worked in the oil field. There he also rekindled a loving relationship with Trudy Anne McCarron after 25 years and was with her until his passing. 

    His family was his life. He wanted his kids to have an amazing life and raised his kids with true love.

    Brian will be deeply missed by his two boys; Caleb (16) and Keegan (14) and his four step kids; Brent (23), Sophie (19), Ryan (18) and Nate (14) and their mothers. He is also survived by his brother Robb and his family in Victoria, and his step mom Paulette in Hannah, AB. He is predeceased by his mom; Heather, hid dad; Ross and his brother; Bobby.
