BETH LAVON SCOVILLE HALL
1927 - 2021
Beth 'LaVon' Hall, beloved wife of the late Harris Brown Hall, passed away April 16, 2021 in Raymond Alberta, surrounded by her family. She was predeceased by her husband, her grandson Clayton Jensen Hall, granddaughter Niki Larkin and great great granddaughter Angel Wipf. She is survived by her children Mark (Debi), Richard, and Christine (Fred) Desjarlais, 12 grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 8 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by one sister, Vivian Bourne.
LaVon was born December 23, 1927 to Asa and Lizzie Scoville, who had a family of eight; LaMar, Clifford, Harold, Helen, Inez, Vivian, Gordon and our loving Mother, LaVon. She was a devoted member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving diligently in many callings throughout her life. Her and Harry served a mission at the LDS Employment Center in Lethbridge. They also served many years in the Cardston Alberta Temple. Together they shared countless camping trips with family and friends. Her gardens were her favorite pastime, flowers adorned her yard and home, and her raspberry patch was always shared by all.
LaVon’s greatest treasures are her family and her testimony of the gospel of Jesus Christ. Although she will be greatly missed, we rejoice in the wonderful reunion of not just our "Parents", but our “Family”.
A Private Family Viewing and Funeral Service will be held.
