Aedan Tanya Betts

Aedan Tanya Betts, beloved daughter of Lisa Grahame and James Salter of Lethbridge, AB as well as Gord and Cathy Betts of Spruce Grove, AB, passed away in Lethbridge on April 27, 2023 at the age of 22 years. She is survived by her parents; grandparents, (Garry & Gloria Tousaw of Brockville, ON and Gloria & Harvey Koetse of Lethbridge, AB); as well as great-grandmother, (Lillan Tousaw of Kemptville, ON). Aedan will be greatly missed by her siblings, Leah (Bryan), Wesley, Zoey, Kandace (Charles), Kayle, Wayde, Ripley, and Rory; and her nephews, Jude and Reyus. She also leaves behind many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.  

Aedan was born in Lethbridge on January 10, 2001. Aedan spent her childhood in both Alberta and Ontario, where she touched the lives of many. Family meant everything to Aedan, those who knew Aedan will always remember her big heart, sense of humor, and compassion. Aedan was always full of life, which could be seen through her various passions, including creating art, her self-expression through fashion and make-up, and her special connection to animals.

We invite anyone who knew and loved Aedan to come to a Celebration of Life that will be held at Elks Picnic Area in Indian Battle Park on Saturday, May 27 at 2:00 p.m. Just as Aedan welcomed everyone with open arms, we will not turn anyone away who wants to share their memories of Aedan.
