Tyler Joseph Ronald Dow

   It is with incredible sadness that we announce the passing of Tyler Dow. Tyler entered this world on April 28th, 1991 and departed far too soon on October 19th, 2019 at the age of 28.

    From a very young age Tyler was kind and empathetic to all those around him. He had an incredible imagination and through his inherent creativity was able to put it down on paper. His unique sense of humour enabled him to make friends easily. Tyler had an affinity for nature and spent as much time outdoors as he could. 

    He was goal oriented and had the drive necessary to achieve what he set out to do. This focus enabled him to win the Ashcroft: Giving Back scholarship in 2018. He was extremely passionate about his studies and the amazing opportunity to move forward with his dream of becoming a combat photojournalist.

    Tyler’s family and friends meant everything to him. He is survived by his mother and father, Tammy Woodward and Jim Dow and his sisters Jamie Woodward and Katelyn George. He was a beacon of light and without him, our worlds will be darker. Always missed, never forgotten.

    Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, October 29th, 2019 at the Christensen Salmon Generations Funeral Home, 703 13th St. North Lethbridge, Alberta at 2:00 pm.
