Margaret A. Gazarek

     MRS. MARGARET A. GAZAREK (Morton) passed away in Lethbridge on December 23, 2018 at the age of 72 years. She was the loving wife of the late Sidney C. Morton.

     Born in Lethbridge, AB on January 23, 1946. Marg was raised in Lethbridge, where she resided until her passing. Over the years she worked at Mahalik's, then Lethbridge Regional Hospital Laundry where she worked for several years until she semi retired to focus on her Watkins business from home for over 30 years. She also worked as a Health Care Aide caring for people for 15 years before retiring.

     Marg was, as they say, "A True Northsider", never leaving. She was a great baker and cook and enjoyed helping family and friends. She also enjoyed camping, travelling to Reno and Las Vegas. Marg also enjoyed having coffee, shopping and playing Bingo with her dear friend Judy. Most of all she loved being with family.

     Marg was a loving wife, mother, grandma, great grandma, daughter, sister and friend. She will be dearly missed and loved by her family, friends and her companion Spook.

     Marg is predeceased by her parents Don (Bessie) Hendrie, Nancy (Grant) Ogden, sister Kathy Webster, brothers Doug Hendrie and Bill Hendrie.

     Marg will be lovingly remembered by her children Doug (Carmelle) Gazarek, Shelly Hormoth, John Gazarek, Tammy (Chad) Lambert, Sharla (Randy) Hauck, Darin (Marni) Morton and Chad (Brenda) Morton. Also her 18 Grandchildren, 6 Great Grandchildren, niece Melanie Webster, sister-in-law Carol Hendrie,  nephews Ryan, Todd and Robby Hendrie as well as many cousins.

     A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, December 29th 2018 beginning at 1:00pm at Margaret's home 2506 - 7A Avenue North, Lethbridge. A Private Interment will be held at a later date.
