John Surmik Obituary

Mr. John Surmik, beloved husband of the late Mrs. Margaret Surmik of Lethbridge, passed away at the Chinook Regional Hospital on Monday, May 8, 2018 at the age of 87 years.

He is survived by his children Michael (Gayle) Surmik, Joanne (David) Foder, stepdaughter Debra Taylor; seven grandchildren Brady (Selena), Dyson (Christina), Tristan, Mikayla, Cameron, Sophia and Deb’s son Ryan (Tiffany) Schwartz; two great-grandchildren Conner and Jordyn Schwartz.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00am on Thursday, May 10, 2018 at CHRISTENSEN SALMON GENERATIONS FUNERAL HOME, 703-13 St. N., Lethbridge, AB. Friends may meet the family prior to the service from 9:30am – 10:00am. Interment to follow in Mountain View Cemetery.
