Hilda Hebenik Obituary

Hilda Hebenik, beloved wife of the late Carl Hebenik, passed away in Lethbridge on Monday, August 12, 2019 at the age of 91 years.

She is survived by her children: George (Wendy), William (Judy), Hazel (David) and Lydia; 7 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; sisters: Margaret and Marion; sister-in-law Annie.

Hilda was predeceased by her parents Henry and Hazel, great grandson Christine, son-in-law Terry and 5 siblings.

Hilda was born in Lucky Lake, SK and moved to Vauxhall, AB when she was 3. Hilda married Carl in 1949 and lived on the family farm in Barons for 70 years. Hilda loved her garden, the farm life and all the farm animals.

As per Hilda’s request, no service will be held after the cremation. Memorial donations may be made to Alzheimer Society of Alberta and NWT #40, 1202 - 2nd Avenue South, Lethbridge, AB T1J 0E3.
