George was a gentle and jolly soul. He loved to laugh and tease us kids. We had many fun times at the farm for family suppers, Christmas gatherings and other special occasions. I think our favorite family tradition however was playing cards until late at night where George and Uncle Julius would really get into it with my dad, Mike. Good times and sure miss them.
